1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Asri ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Asri is an AI-powered cloud IDE that enables users to build, preview, and deploy web applications through natural language prompts and a browser-based editor.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all code, files, and content you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your content to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in.
6. AI-Generated Content
Code generated by AI may contain errors, security vulnerabilities, or biased patterns. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all AI-generated code before publishing or deploying it.
7. Published Applications
When you publish an application through Asri, you are responsible for ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to take down published applications that violate our policies.
8. Pricing and Payment
Free tier: Limited features as described on our pricing page. Paid plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 3 days of your first subscription payment.
9. Data and Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data. Your code is stored securely and encrypted at rest.
10. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time with a 7-day cooling-off period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Inactive free accounts may be archived after 12 months and deleted after 15 months of inactivity.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages from AI-generated code, deployment failures, or data loss.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
